JOINT ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF ENVIRONMENT AND TOURISM AND THE MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS

APPROVAL OF PROCEDURE

Based on Article 6.1.1 of the Law on Toxic and Hazardous Chemicals, the ORDER is:

One. To approve the procedure for export, import, transboundary transportation, production and sale of toxic and hazardous chemicals according to the appendix.

Two. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources /D.Enkhbat/ of the Ministry of Nature, Environment and Tourism shall be responsible for organizing the delivery, promotion and implementation of this regulation to aimags and the capital city.

Three. In connection with the approval of this order, the joint order No. 92/90 of the Minister of Nature, Environment and Tourism and the Minister of Foreign Affairs dated December 29, 2008 “On approval of the Regulation” shall be considered revoked.
